He Tried To Run, But He Couldn’t Hide!…

dstewart

They say that you can tell much about a man’s character by how he reacts to adversity!

If true, what does David Stewart’s reaction to his adversity say about him?

Lets recap!

  1. Stewie operates a failing oil change business in Spokane. Looking to blame someone for the failure, he blames his oil supplier, sues BP\Castrol, thus picking a big fight with a big company.
  2. BP fights back; counter sues and asks for big bucks from Stewie.
  3. Stewie loses! Judge grants Summary Judgment for BP.

But wait, there’s more! Here’s how Stewie Rolls! Here’s how he handles “adversity”!

  1. 3 months after losing to BP, Stewie and his wife create a new company called Magnus, LLC.
  2. The lovebirds transfer all leases and assets to the new company, but take a 25k payment for themselves) from the losing company) to pay back alleged debts owed to them by ProFormance. So, BP is essentially saying that Stewie and Wifey committed fraud by transferring assets without paying BP the boat load of money they owe from the suit they started.

  1. Stewie settles up, but get’s hit hard:StewieSettlesUp
  2. Stewie get’s his pay garnished, but somehow comes up with the money to pay the PB judgment, thus stopping the garnishment:PayUPStewie

Hmmmmm, where did Stewie get the money to pay that judgment off? Conspiring minds want to know!

So ends the first topic of our Expose on David Stewart.

Up Next….”Of Permits, Construction and Property Taxes!”

Can you guess who’s been living in a neighborhood of “million dollar homes”, yet has only pulled a permit for a pole barn and has been paying property tax on a pole barn for many years? Can you guess who built a really swell house in side the pole barn but hasn’t been paying property taxes on all the improvements thereon, like the rest of us have to?

Stay tuned Chuckleheads!

Hey, does anyone know if there are any reporters at the C’dA Press that are actually breathing????? Come on guys wake up!!! How about checking Stewarts property and tax records!!!!

  1. Thank goodness SOMEBODY knows about his (lack of) building permit. Keep digging Chester. There’s got to me more to this story. 🙂

  2. Looks like the garnishment hit when he took office last year bringing what no other Commissioner has to Kootenai County. I can’t say for sure that no other was garnished but I imagine if so nowhere close to that amount. His living conditions sure are sticking it to the man in this case himself as part of the top administration of the County and part of the board of equalization. That’s just sick!

This is on his Facebook “Commissioner & Chairman at Kootenai County” even though he was run out of the position as chairman in fairly short order some things do not change where he is concerned.

  3. Wouldn’t it be fun to be a fly on the wall in Stewie pole barn house right now? He best be saving his pennies. he’s going to need them when the voters give him the boot on May 17th.
