Aloof Malek, the Great Pretender of the Kootenai County Legislative Delegation has voted NO on HB 113!
The purpose of HB 113, according to the Legislative Web Site is:
“It is the intent of the Legislature to emphasize the rights of parents. Parents and legal guardians who have legal custody of minor children have a fundamental right to make decisions concerning the care, custody, education and control of their children.”
