So we had a tip come in to look into what Alex Barron has been up to…he’s been kinda quiet. Well folks, it’s not good. Currently Alex has a criminal case against him with 2-3 violent felonies pending against him. He is still innocent, until proven guilty. So here are the facts of the case only, along with corresponding paperwork. This is for informational purposes only.
Brief Synopsis
On 9/26/2021 Alex came home extremely drunk, and fondled his 12 year old step daughter, touching her inappropriately. His mother-in-law walked in, and the girl ran to hide behind her. A little later his wife came home, and heard the story. She witnessed Alex aggressively and inappropriately kiss another young daughter on the lips. Then she 
walked in on Alex fondling the older daughter again. But this time he had removed her skirt, and was being rough and holding the girl to the point of pain. His wife grabbed his hand and after a few seconds was able to remove it from the minor.
A few hours later his wife woke up to him trying to have sex with her. She refused, so he bit her on the inner thigh hard enough to bruise her and leave teeth marks. He then held her hips tightly, leaving bruises where he had grabbed. She fought him off, but he raped her violently, causing much pain.
On 9/30/2021 Alex’s wife and step daughter not knowing what to do went to the CPS office in Coeur d’ Alene. The case worker called the sheriff, who detailed all of the information and evidence. The deputy called Alex, who claimed he was out of jurisdiction, without even asking why the deputy was calling. Alex agreed to meet the deputy the next day, but didn’t show up. After a few phone calls, Alex did meet him.
Alex Arrested
During the meeting, Alex claimed his wife was a pothead, mentally unstable, and falsely accusing him. He also claimed to have been drugged with ruffies slipped in his drink. He claimed to have no knowledge of anything that night. Yet he conflicted this later by admitting to knowing detailed parts of it. After interviewing him, the deputy arrested him for three felony charges: (1) Child Sexual Abuse (2) Domestic Battery, (3) Forcible Rape.
Alex posted $35,000 bail (original amount requested was $150,000) on October 5th. On the 4th during video arraignment Alex said he was a no flight risk. Yet he failed to appear for his first preliminary hearing on the 12th, and a bench warrant was issued and his bond revoked. The next day he surfaced, and his bond was reinstated.
Other things to come out in the paperwork. In the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Alex mentioned he didn’t choke his wife, without the officer asking. His wife confirmed 
Alex often choked or attempted to choke her during intercourse. An additional oddball thing was during the video arraignment on the 10/4/2021. His wife requested the keys to the house, because she had none. Note they have been married 12 years, and she has no keys. While this is not in the court minutes, it came out in that arraignment that Alex didn’t allow his wife to have keys to the house, or to leave without his permission. She felt like a hostage. He claimed he did this to save this country.
Lastly, his daughter said police have been to their house several times for similar instances, but he never allows police to talk to his wife or the children. (Our theory is this is partially due to her speaking broken English, and he plays what she is saying off as a communication misunderstanding.)
The Impact
Also in October Alex stepped down as Vice Chair of Legislative District 3. He gave no official reason, but later said it was due to a custody issue. Let’s rewind. Alex’s divorce case was dismissed in May of 2020. He gloated on FB that he had worked things out with his wife, and they were looking forward to a happy future. Not only this, but in the video arraignment the judge asked Alex if they were going thru a divorce…his answer was “No”.
In closing, again Alex is innocent until proven guilty. However if these charges are true, it clearly illustrates what we attempted to prove before the last District 3 Senate race (MORE INFO). Alex is not as conservative as he claims, we believe he’s a liberal masquerading as far right. But this also illustrates that he is likely mixed up in some very bad deviant sexual behavior. On that note, some doubted our reports on Alex before, claiming we made it up. Read the Affidavit of Probable Cause, and see if it lines up with what we previously reported.
We are also grateful that our previous efforts helped encourage the KCRCC to start a vetting process for potential candidates. Thus far it’s gone well.

Here are the three most pertinent documents. We have redacted the names of the minors named in these. Also, some of the information in the Affidavit is disturbing. Note, Alex’s first name is Sean.

I have known Alex Barron for some years. I have had a lot of personal contact with him, and a significant amount also with his family, and that means before, during and after the events you wrote about.
You say:

Really? Because you then proceed to give a lot of sordid details of what supposedly happened in the said case. Such details couldn’t possibly be known to be facts, except by the eyewitnesses, and you gave zero evidence that the eyewitnesses themselves even claimed to have described the events as you portray them. This shows you don’t care about the truth, or whether or not you are slandering someone, but do care about trashing Alex’s reputation as much as possible. (Which, BTW, is proven by your past articles on him also.)
In the video arraignment link you gave, “the child” is reported to have said that Alex was lying about “the computer”. But what Alex said, according to the report, is that he needs it for his work.
I know as an eyewitness fact that Alex was telling the truth. He spends a good part of his days in Zoom meetings with his work colleagues.
It looks as if “the child” was actually lying in this case.
I have seen Alex interact with “the child” many times. I have never seen even one hint of anything inappropriate in his behavior. More importantly, I have never seen anything in *her* behavior that indicates any uncomfortableness toward him on her part.
IF anything lewd did happen between the two that night — and that’s a big IF — it was almost certainly not consonant with the history of their relationship, which means that Alex’s suspicion that he was “roofied” at Bob’s 21 Club is perfectly reasonable.

This statement is utterly ridiculous. First of all, you said earlier that the charges WERE true; they were “the facts of the case”, so in your eyes, he was guilty. But now you pretend to shift into non-judgmental mode. I call BS. You simply don’t like him and are committing the sin of slander as well as detraction against him. You try to cover your malice with a veneer of pretended objectivity.
Are you aware that the prosecution has been steadily downgrading the charges against Alex? If he had decided to go to trial my bet would have been that he would have been found innocent on all of them. As it is, the final result was a guilty plea to misdemeanor disturbing the peace. Disturbing the peace is the lowest level crime you can be accused of. Prosecution went from three felony charges to this! Why? Obviously just to save face as much as possible. Under scrutiny, the evidence fell apart to the extent that they knew that their chances at trial were next to nothing.
Obviously, the Affidavit of Probable Cause showed causes that weren’t very probable.
Apparently you are rather naive as to the way our criminal “justice” system works. It seems you think that the mere fact that charges are filed means that the charges are credible. If so, you are ignorant as to how Liberal forces have gained influence among law enforcement and the courts even here in Idaho.
One final comment: You used the same character assassination tactics against Dough Okuniewicz (not to speak of Larry Spencer). Based on his voting record, it seems Doug has not at all been the great threat to conservative values that you painted him to be.
So it seems you have appointed yourself to be commandant in charge of the Conservative circular firing squad.
Which begs the question: Is it really YOU who are the Liberal in disguise?
Because you surely are helping the Liberal cause. You are splitting the Conservative vote, and trashing people who help the Conservative cause.
As to Alex being a closet Liberal, the very idea is laughable. Running a blog like charlescarrollsociety, and spreading ideas that the Left itself calls “ultra right wing”, and doing it for years on end, is a really weird way to help the Liberal cause.

Alex had his day in court, thankfully, it was a lot less serious than originally thought. Good news. Perhaps he and his family can get on with the healing process. As for Doug O., we have been very pleasantly surprised by his voting record. We shall see if that continues now that he’s headed to the Senate. As for Larry Spencer, is this you Larry? We have this to say. In our opinion, Larry Spencer is a liar and should be the Poster Child for Dead Beat Dads. Our opinion is that Larry “The Lizard” Spencer has no credibility and for you to randomly bring him up suggests to us that you are Larry, or you are as slimy as him. Liberal in disguise? You’ve not been following us for long or you are a special kind of stupid. Or, you are Larry Spencer. Hmmmm, we wonder if Spencer has paid his child support yet? Inquiring minds want to know. We should look into that. Back to Alex for a minute, its Alex’s fault we had to suffer through two years of Peter Riggs. Talk about splitting the conservative vote. He was told he didn’t have a prayer to win, but pride made him march on. Eberlien would have been a great Senator. If you are an eye witness to Alex’s story, go public and put your name and reputation on the line, unless you’re Spencer, then you have no reputation. If not, do like us and bid farewell to Alex as he goes on to put his life back together. Until then, please remember that we are not a news organization.
